Liv Golf is set to host its inaugural tournament in South Africa at The Club at Steyn City, located in Johannesburg, from 19-22 March 19. This event signifies Liv Golf’s first competition on the African continent.
Since its inception in 2022, music has played a vital role in the identity of Liv Golf. Liv Golf events have featured over two dozen Grammy award-winning artists and, in 2025 alone, hosted more than 30 concerts – a figure expected to increase to 40 in 2026. The Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture of South Africa, Gayton McKenzie, recently stated in a press release that they take pride in South Africa hosting an event of this caliber, namely Liv Golf, which not only highlights elite global sporting talent but also promotes the strength of our local music and creative sectors.
